A major printing company located in Mississauga required soldier piling in order to stabilize an existing building structure prior to excavation. Through our innovative and creative planning, Waterline was able to avoid the expense of the soldier piling, saving the customer $165,000.

If I have an underground fuel tank that is currently not in use, how do I know whether or not my tank is safe?

If your tank has not been in use for the past two years, it must be removed. Your tank removal specialist will assess the tank and the surrounding soil.

Waterline Environmental Inc. are your tank specialists. We understand the confusion and worrisome changes introduced to provincial legislation with regard to home and property owners who have an underground storage tank and have been asked to remove it. Our professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff will answer all of your questions giving you peace of mind. You can be assured that your tank will be professionally and safely installed or removed with little to no interruption to you, the property owner.

At Waterline we offer our expertise in guiding and supporting the property owner/manager through each process. We are certified and licensed as a Petroleum Equipment Contractor with the T.S.S.A. to provide these services. Our staff all have "PM2" and "PM3" licenses issued by the T.S.S.A. only after the qualifications are completed.

Waterline will conduct a quick initial assessment free of charge. The quotation will be thoroughly reviewed and discussed with the property owner prior to any work being done. Learn more about the benefits of working with Waterline Environmental Inc.
